# PlotFinder support

PlotFinder is made by Starlight Software Solutions in Gaborone. If something is wrong, or a plot is not where it should be, we would rather hear about it.

## Things you can settle without us

- **A subscription — changing or cancelling it.** Both stores keep this in your own account settings, and neither lets us do it for you: [Apple](https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions) · [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions).
- **A purchase the app has not noticed.** Account → Restore purchases re-sends the receipt, which is what tells our server about it.
- **Deleting your account.** Account → Delete account, or [ask us](https://plotfinder.starlightsoftware.co.bw/delete-account) if you have already removed the app.
- **The town you can search.** On the Free and Basic plans it follows where you are, so it needs location permission switched on in your device settings. [How the towns work](https://plotfinder.starlightsoftware.co.bw/plans).

## A plot that is missing or in the wrong place

Worth telling us about, and the more precise you can be the better: the plot number, the town, and where it actually is. Plot data is reference data rather than a survey — see the [terms of use](https://plotfinder.starlightsoftware.co.bw/terms) — and we correct errors when we find them.

## Business and API access

The plot and parcel data behind PlotFinder is available to businesses under contract, with its own [documented API](https://api.starlightsoftware.co.bw/docs). That is a different conversation from app support, but it starts at the same address.
